I was easily looking send to getting this grill. I figured for the high price it must be of some quality. I was surprised how flimsy and unstable it is.
I'll jump right to the most phenomenal part - It doesn't even work! Not Kidding. The electronic ignition did' even put out a spark. I had to take off the whole grill and heat deflectors to get a match close enough to light it, unless you have 6" matches. On top of that the main burner woun't lite at all, even with a match. I could go on and give it a full chronicle but why bother. Of course I can't reach anyone at Fuego and the enterprise listed in the brochure for customer service says they didn't compose it so its not their problem. Forget the written warranty but this stock should not be allowed to be sold to human beings, It easily does not get hot enough to grill food and should not be marketed or sold as grill for food.
I've contacted Living Direct and have been assured that someone will get back to me on Monday.
